What we collect

Festival Copilot collects the information you provide when creating an account and using the platform: your name, email address, and the event data you enter or upload — including budgets, vendor records, staffing details, ticketing figures and marketing analytics.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the Festival Copilot service: powering your event workspaces, generating reports, and running the AI features you invoke (such as scanning ticketing dashboards or marketing analytics). We never sell your data, and we never use one customer's event data to benefit another.

Data isolation & security

Every event workspace is isolated. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled through role-based permissions, and staff accounts see only what you grant them.

Your rights

You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time. Contact us at hello@festivalcopilot.com and we'll take care of it.
