Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the full platform — no card required to sign up.
Is there a free plan?
The Starter tier lets you run your first event workspace free, so you can see how the platform fits before committing.
Do you charge per-ticket fees?
No. Festival Copilot is a flat subscription per active event. We don't sell your tickets, so we never take a cut of them — your ticketing provider's fees are unchanged.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long contracts. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Can I manage multiple events?
Yes. Pro includes unlimited event workspaces, each fully isolated. Enterprise adds a portfolio view across all your events.
Can I add team members?
Yes. Starter includes up to 3 staff logins; Pro includes unlimited staff with role-based access so each person only sees their own lane.
Is my data exportable?
Always. Budgets, reports and event data export as CSV or PDF at any time, on every plan — your data stays yours.
