The product is alive.

Shipped features, improvements and fixes — most of them requested by organisers mid-season.

September 2026New
Live operations layer
- Ops Mode: a live control room showing critical incidents, high risks, overdue deliveries and denied gate scans.
- Safety, Accreditation, Bars & F&B, Logistics and Site workspaces, with QR gate scanning and live on-site headcount.
- Bar stock and margin tracking, a gate yard board with dwell times, site power headroom and a build snag list.
July 2026New
Event Close-Out flow
- One guided flow verifies every ticket, expense and vendor payment is captured before archiving the event.
- Final report archive with profit/loss, marketing performance and attendance analytics.
- Closed events stay available as permanent, read-only records for year-on-year comparisons.
June 2026Improved
Budget builder: deposit warnings
- The platform now warns before a vendor payment would push a budget line over its cap — not after it clears.
- Deposits and balances get their own ledger view per vendor.
May 2026New
AI Marketing Scanner
- Screenshot Instagram, TikTok or email dashboards and the AI reads reach, engagement and conversions into your marketing overview.
- Channel performance now shows conversion-per-channel, not just reach.
May 2026Improved
Mobile command centre
- Approve payments, check live sales and assign tasks from the grounds.
- Faster loads on festival Wi-Fi — the mobile views now ship a fraction of the data.
April 2026New
Ticketing AI Scanner
- Read any ticketing dashboard — Howler, Quicket, Eventbrite, TicketMaster — from a screenshot or PDF.
- Sales, revenue, check-ins, refunds and fees extracted automatically into the command centre.
April 2026New
Role-based staff logins
- Every crew member gets their own login scoped to their lane: bar ops, finance, gates, marketing.
- Full audit log of sensitive actions — who approved what, and when.
